Z TOWN CAR– Zero Tolerance Policy for Intoxicating Substances
ZERO SUBSTANCE TOLERANCE POLICY

Z TOWN CAR enforces a Zero Substance Tolerance Policy for the safety of our customers and drivers as well.  All drivers are banned from using intoxicating substances while utilizing our company transportation fleet and performing services for our company.  A violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension, followed by an company investigation.  If the company investigation yields a violation of Z TOW CAR Zero Substance Tolerance Policy, the driver will be immediately and permanently banned from driving for Z TOWN CAR
If you suspect your driver is/was under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the course of your ride, please call 972-644-0000 to report the incident immediately to management.
In addition, a report can be made to the City of Dallas code compliance services at 214 670-3161 or an email sent to transportationregulation@dallascityhall.com.
